Who is Unholy Sermon

The historic Colombo city is the home of Unholy Sermon.The Band incorporates a significant amount of Dark atmosphere into their style. Having chosen a name that evokes an impression of Black/Death metal with symphonic elements.

Unholy Sermon is somewhat of a misnomer in this case. Instead of extreme Melodic Balck/Death metal, as one would guess from the name, the band plies the waters of Melodic Black/Death metal while adding a touch of dark atmospheres. Fans of the aforementioned metal maidens will find Unholy Sermon an enjoyable band to experience.
Our goal is to create music with many different forms of lyrical themes. We don't intend to focus on one specific subject. Our lyrics vary from religious themes to the fall of modern society, as well as some emotional aspects.

The essence and concept of Unholy Sermon is the Satanic soul, the dragon – beast within man, war, chaos and willed order.Unholy Sermon is a long study of the shadowside of human nature. Unholy Sermom Played there first ever concert in 2006 December at Amdt rocks And will be playing more gigs in the future.

Unholy sermon was originally formed in 2006. The band starts rehearsing their own material, first ever Unholy sermon song written is Bleed for the gods of war. The Band Started to work on More originals. Anthony Composes the second song which is called Crown of Lucifer. Unholy Sermon found there path and started working on originals.

2006 – Dec– Unholy Sermon plays there first ever gig at Bmich western gardens. We went through personal, emotional holocaust," says singer Unholy Sermon "Not just as a band, but individually too.
